Coach Snow is in his fourth year with the Jaguars as the JV Head Coach and a Varsity Assistant Coach and also enjoys that 49 – 16 record.  Prior to High School, Coach Snow had been working on developing the next generation of Jags in the BYC youth program.  Jim has served as an assistant for Coach Urso for several years now both at the youth and High School level and plays a significant role in building the bench strength for the success of future varsity teams. Coach Snow also heads up the Summer and Fall programs.
